PROJECT CHALLENGE:

Existing controls for 2 split air handling units did not function properly. The spaces were fed by zone dampers that did not actuate accurately to meet setpoints. System was stand-alone, so there was no remote connection to the facility.

PROJECT SOLUTION:

Installed new Honeywell Webs Spyder controllers for the split systems and zone dampers. Created system and floorplan graphics which included engineering, programming and commissioning services. System is part of the Nueces County wide supervisor building automation integration.
