PROJECT CHALLENGE:

Existing controls for the 5 buildings for this complex did not function properly and there was no remote access the controls. Some of the packaged equipment interfaces were not visible through the existing front-end. There was no reliable control of the exhaust fans and radiant heaters for the exhibit halls.

PROJECT SOLUTION:

Raptor installed new Honeywell Webs Spyder controllers for the entire HVAC systems for this complex. This installation included integration to Aaon packaged units through a BACnet interface. Created system and floorplan graphics which included engineering, programming and commissioning services. System is part of the Nueces County wide supervisor building automation integration.
